Context
Social relationships are essential to our well-being, but they can be disrupted in conditions such as autism, schizophrenia, or dementia. Current tools often fail to capture the subtle differences that matter for choosing the right treatment.
Project
LISBET, an artificial intelligence tool, automatically analyzes social interactions from video recordings. It uncovers subtle behavioral patterns and links them to brain activity.
First validated in animal studies, LISBET already shows it can identify specific profiles in autistic children. Ultimately, it will help improve diagnosis, personalize treatments, and enhance quality of life.
