Context
Patient waiting rooms are key locations for patients to learn about their diseases and treatments. A good understanding of medical information supports patient autonomy.
Project
This project aims to create online videos and documentation about outpatient surgical care and to introduce these communicative aids in the outpatient surgery waiting rooms. Screens are installed for video presentation.
