Context
Patients with terminal kidney failure must absolutely follow a strict diet in order to decrease the risk of clinical complications. They must decrease their intake of protein and regulate their intake of water and salts – so many strict rules are necessary for the survival of patients on dialysis.
Project
The project is to teach patients proper dietary habits for their pathology and to answer their questions about diet and nutrition. All year long, it also provides them with recipes for delicious dishes they are allowed to eat and opens their palates to new perspectives.
