Context
The prevalence of struggling medical residents is significant enough for supervisors to be trained to identify them early, diagnose their troubles, and support them or steer them in the right direction to help them overcome their problems, thereby ensuring the quality of the care given to patients.
Project
The project consists of implementing the second component of the educator training project funded by the Foundation. This phase is specifically concerned with young medical residents and detecting when they are struggling.
